Voter Fraud: Cases, Methods, and Election Integrity Failures

Elections are the foundation of democratic governance. When votes are manipulated — whether through forged ballots, compromised machines, corrupted officials, or foreign interference — the will of the people is nullified. This investigation also documents people who appear to have been killed because of what they found. On July 8, 2016, satellite policy expert Molly K. Macauley was found stabbed to death while walking her dogs in Baltimore — 36 hours before Seth Rich was shot in Washington, D.C. Friends say she had told them she found evidence satellites were being used in election fraud. Both murders remain unsolved. This investigation catalogs documented cases, credible allegations, systemic vulnerabilities, and the people who have investigated, exposed, or been involved in election manipulation across all vectors. Core investigations include Dominion Voting Systems — a Canadian-founded company with Serbian development offices and a 1.55% pro-Democrat vote shift analysis — and the Antrim County Dominion Audit, where an ASOG forensic audit found a 68.05% error rate. Princeton computer science professor Andrew Appell documented that the Dominion ICX machine can physically mark ballots after the voter's last contact and mimic human bubble-filling — a vulnerability documented in Georgia at a 15–20% reversal rate. Whistleblower Clint Curtis testified under oath that he built undetectable vote-flipping software on request, while the Wisconsin Voter Roll Bloat documents approximately 7.1 million database names against roughly 4.7 million voting-age adults. USPS subcontractor Jesse Morgan filed a sworn affidavit claiming he transported up to 280,000 completed mail-in ballots from New York to Pennsylvania on October 21, 2020 — and that the trailer subsequently disappeared. The 2020 USPS Ballot Backdating claim, presented by the same Amistad Project, alleges 548,000 backdated ballots in Michigan, 300,000 in Arizona, 204,000 in Georgia, 121,000 in Pennsylvania, and 100,000+ in Wisconsin. In April 2026, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco launched an independent ballot investigation that the California Supreme Court immediately halted on an emergency petition from the state's Democratic AG — before any findings were disclosed. A newly documented mechanism: an election clerk admitted on camera that Sharpie voting in Maricopa County routed Republican ballots to adjudication, where votes can be changed to Biden at the click of a button — with no audit trail.
